Call to Action: Written Testimony Needed by 5/20 for Crucial Medical Freedom Bill
| What Will HB 73 Do For You? • Protect your access to life saving drugs prescribed by your doctor both from outpatient pharmacies and when you are in the hospital. • Prohibit licensing boards from taking action against the your health provider if they speak out about drug or vaccine risks or suggest alternative treatment options. • Prohibit the W.H.O. from having any “jurisdiction in Ohio”. HB 73 NEEDS YOUR HELP!! There is proponent (support) testimony in the Senate Health Committee on May 22nd. We have narrowed the list of in-person witnesses to ensure we do not experience any delays in moving The Dave & Angie Patient & Health Provider Protection Act through the process, so we can get it to a vote. However, we need as many written testimonies as possible! Please follow the instructions below to submit your written testimony ASAP! Provide a brief description of your story about the inability to access a drug you or your family member needed at an outpatient pharmacy or in a hospital, and if you lost that loved one due to a hospital protocol. If you don’t have a personal story but want to ensure you will have treatment choices and a preserved doctor-patient relationship in the future, then you can express that in a few sentences! Perhaps you just want to tell the Committee that the WHO does NOT have jurisdiction in the state of Ohio! You don’t need to make your testimony fancy; you just need to ensure your VOICE is heard! 1. Start your testimony with the following sentence: “ Chairman Huffman, Vice Chair Johnson, and Members of the Senate Health Committee, thank you for hearing my support testimony for HB 73, The Dave & Angie Patient and Health Provider Protection Act” 2. End your testimony with the following sentence or something similar: “I urge the committee to vote YES on HB 73,” 3. Testimony MUST be saved as a PDF. 4.
