Abortion Amendment Ballot Language

Below is the language approved by the Ohio Ballot Board for Issue 1, the proposed amendment relating to abortion and other reproductive decisions (click on the image to enlarge). This summary is what will appear on the ballot statewide in the November 7, 2023 election. It will require 50% +1 vote (simple majority) to pass. (Note: Issue 1 is an AMENDMENT, not a LAW.)
