Cannabis Legalization Law Ballot Language

Below is the language approved by the Ohio Ballot Board for Issue 2, the proposed law that aims to legalize recreational use of cannabis in Ohio (click on the image to enlarge). This summary is what will appear on the ballot statewide in the November 7, 2023 election. It will require 50% +1 vote (simple majority) to pass. (Note: Issue 2 is a LAW, not an AMENDMENT.)
