More Freedom for Home Education
by Geauga County Homeschooling
With the passage of the state’s two-year budget (HB33) home schooling families in Ohio gained even more freedom. Read about the big change in this article by Melanie Elsey, legislative liaison for Christian Home Educators of Ohio, the state’s oldest non-profit home education organization. CHEO has also provided an in depth FAQ on the topic that we encourage you to read.
Geauga County Homeschooling exists to help parents take all aspects of their children’s education in hand. We are available to answer any questions regarding home education as well as this change in Ohio law. See our website for upcoming workshops in the area.
