TOPICS: Issue 1 (August 8th Special Election), approval of expenditures, appointment of a new Republican Party Treasurer, and regular party business. There will be two guest speakers:  Lake County Commissioner John Plecnik and Ohio Right to Life President Michael Gonadakis.
