NOACA Panel Discussion

Please join Lake County Liberty Coalition for a panel discussion with Lake County Commissioners John Hammercheck, John Plecnik, and former Geauga County Commissioner Skip Claypool.  All members of this panel either have been or are currently voting members of NOACA.

The purpose of the panel is to give the public a better understanding about the workings of this somewhat obscure agency, and for Lake County residents to understand the perspective of our commissioners who hold seats on the board and vice versa.  The panel will be moderated by Ashtabula County Assistant Prosecutor and Lakeland Community College Trustee Matthew Hebebrand.
