It seems a former West Geauga School Board President is tremendously bothered that a new board member would like the board to perform a curriculum review.  While parents across our county, state, and nation are in the process of taking back rightful control of their children’s education, Chet Ramey’s regressive complaints about curriculum review strike an odd and suspicious note.  Read more here:  Former West Geauga School Board President Attempts to Bully New Member.

Important update on the fight for medical freedom in Ohio:  House Bill 319, the Conscientious Right to Refuse Act, is in committee right now.  Remember the havoc and overreach we experienced with the last pandemic?  Ohio needs legislation to protect our rights during the next “emergency”.  Read more here.

Concerned about election validity in Ohio?  So are we!  On Friday, March 15th Fortify Geauga members attended a presentation by Marly Hornick, Founder of New York Citizens Audit, and elections cyber security expert Harry Haury, to gain insights into Ohio’s elections.  Don’t miss this write-up and video from the event: Ohio Election Validity Scorecard.   And SAVE THE DATE for your chance to see the presentation in Medina on Wednesday, April 10th (details in post).

Speaking of saving dates, there are two local events for parents of Special Needs students coming soonGeauga County Homeschool’s Special Education Conference and Learning Disabilities Association of Ohio’s Special Education Workshop for Parents.
